Don't mistake smiling faces for positive care of your loved one. When faced with questions and concerns the leadership talks a good talk but does not take action. When you visit with the residents you will learn that what makes them happy is not the care they are getting but the people they call friends. They end up looking out for on another. The wellness Director does not take things seriously enough to deal with them. Instead things are blamed on the resident. To say that I am disgusted with the experience my mom has had over the last 10 months would be an understatement. Unless you have a loved who is just elderly but does everything as younger person without ANY care needs, my suggestion based on our families experience would be to look into another program. Do not let the modern building impress you. They provide less than adequate care - staffing shortages, rude dining staff, disrespectful front desk staff and a wellness director who looks like she works at a night club or lounge not like she is an LPN caring for humans. The corporate staff is not any better so there is not room for any escalation of an issue that is unresolved. Best of luck, I know the search is rough!

I have been working at Bridgewater for almost 2 years now. I love my coworkers!! The residents are amazing and make my job not feel like a job. I love getting to know everyone and seeing how happy they are!

I helped my mother move into this facility a few weeks ago and she loves it. The staff and residents are incredibly friendly and encourage new residents to participate in activities and feel welcomed and at home.

I was a recent visitor to your facility and was extremely impressed with the staff. Every one of them had a smile on their face and a greeting to be shared. The food was good and portions were large. Please order more ice cream 🍨 and root beer too. All the residents I met were very friendly and welcoming. I heard many sounds of laughter and friendly conversation.

This is one of the best if not the best assisted living facility I’ve seen in Arizona.Great work place environment, great workers, most of all great residents. I would not give up working here for any other place.
