My experience with Ranch Estates has been reassuring. I am handling arrangements for my brother. Being located in another state has made communication very important. I truly appreciate the compassion and care extended as my brother is settling into a new residence. Lori has been amazing!

Lori Donahue was a great help when we were looking for assisted living arrangements for my father. The facility is well run and maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. His room was clean, freshly painted, and in excellent condition. We are very pleased with the help Lori and all of the staff have provided.

Our family just finished moving our parents into The Ranch memory care unit. The entire staff made this very difficult and emotional process as compassionate as possible. The staffing to patient ratios are very good and the skill level of the staff, both front office and memory care unit, is outstanding. I have a great peace of mind and confidence that mom and dad will have an engaging and highest quality of life and care possible. While difficult, this decision is best for the entire family and we are thankful for The Ranch.

I have been working with Lori in getting my mom placed into memory care from the hospital. After contacting other facilities, Lori has gone above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and transparency. She worked with the hospital to get the necessary medical history filled out, consistently kept me up to date and ensured that my mom's transition into the facility would be smooth.

Lori was amazing! She took a difficult situation and made it seamless for my mom to move in at a moment's notice, even coming in on her day off. She has continued to check in with me and I see her often talking to the other residents and making them feel special. She makes the Ranch Estates feel like home.
