INSPIRA ARROWHEAD

I’m a med tech here at Inspira I’ve been here just over three months and I love it here. I can wake up and not feel stressed about going into work. Management makes sure we have enough staff to properly care for our residents. The teamwork with the caregivers and med techs are AWESOME!!!!!

Inspira Arrowhead needs to be looked into. The management here is very bad. The DON Trish and her scheduler Kionna need to be removed from their positions. Just within the few weeks I have been here there was very bad communication, gossip, and unprofessionalism. I’ve witnessed a lot of verbal abuse coming from several Caregivers and Med Techs towards residents who live in Memory Care and Assisted Living. There is just so much tension in this facility and Trish/Kionna do nothing to improve the situations. I certainly would not recommend putting your loved one here or working here.

The administration and staff are caring and compassionate. My mother enjoyed living in the Memory Care Unit. "I love my little house. " ❤️

What a beautiful place for you to call home. Cindy, Diane and Angella are an amazing team, knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. Amenities and food are AAA+++

Inspira Arrowhead is absolutely The Best. My father-in-law loved living here and made many friends ~ the facility and employees are top notch, with tons of fun activities, music and concerts, and GREAT food.
