SPRINGDALE VILLAGE ASSISTED LIVING

I have so much to say about this facility. I'm very impressed with this facility as well as the healthcare workers. And thanks to front desk workers, activities people, all the PT and OT people, the Maintenace crew, the janitors and the cafeteria. I appreciate all the different meals they came up with. 5 stars to all of you. Being here for 2 months, I can not say one bad thing about Springdale. I kept communications open and any concerns I had or my partner, these problems were taken care of. All our families are living out of AZ and Springdale is our family. My partner will be here until she goes to her home, where no more pain will hurt her. The facility has much love and caring - I had bad days and they were there to comfort me. Janice made sure I had water and was a great sport answering my call light. She is a hard worker and I give her 5 stars. All the nursing were great too. I give them 5 stars. I will be giving Springdale 5 stars. Everyone deserves a thank you from me and Addie. so Thank You! Bless all of you and keep doing the best you can do. My 87 year old Mother has lived at Springdale since 2019. She lost Her Husband last year, which reduced her fixed income. The rent will have a significant increase next month and the dining room has closed, meals must be picked up in styrofoam containers, with a very limited menu. Her apartment does not have a dining table as meals were eaten in the “Bistro”. Now most are eaten on her coach. Lunch and dinner were a very social time for my Mom. We are forced to move my Mom, who struggles with change since my Dads passing. What is going on with Springdale, many residents are leaving, quite possibly the goal of the new management. Another atrocity of how our Seniors are treated and respected.

Springdale Nursing Care Facility has the worst nursing staff and care I have ever experienced. My mom was at this facility for weeks and her final days of life. She was under hospice care for the last 2 days to make her passing peaceful and comfortable. I was by her side and couldn’t get the medication administered when needed and found out the morning of her passing that she was not given all of the medications she should have been receiving. Do not trust this place with your loved ones!

While visiting a friend, I observed a visually clean facility where she had a private room with her own climate controls and she did not seem distressed or unhappy about being there. She made only one complaint and it was about the food. That's about all I can share as it was a short visit. Thank you

Wonderful staff. Good food. They keep you busy, as well taken care of. Just needs some updating.
