GARDENS OF SCOTTSDALE, THE

I recently had the honor of touring Gardens of Scottsdale. I was blown away by the love, support and kindness staff had for one another, how much they adore their residents and that it is simply an honor for them to care for these seniors at whatever stage they’re at. The staff was so engaged with the residents and took a moment to come over to share their years of service. Esther is one of the CNAs I remembered and she mentioned she’s been asked by a handful of other communities to go work for them (and possibly get paid more), however she refuses because leaving Gardens of Scottsdale just isn’t an option. She has no plans to leave! I always love hearing about people’s journeys and why they do what they do. The staff’s personalities, strengths and character were so obvious to me watching how much they enjoy working there. Another amazing addition to their team is Amy McCauley their new Sales Director. I’ve known Amy for a few years now and whatever she touches, turns to gold! She’s always bringing in extra holiday decor to make the community even more homey. She has an amazing heart and always leads w intention. She’ll drop anything for her team and her residents and wants nothing but the best for everyone. Gardens is so quaint and beautifully decorated. It has a total flare of grandma’s house and they’ve also brought in a little contemporary styling. It’s always clean and tidy when entering the community. Yesterday I toured The Gardens of Scottsdale. Amy gave me a thorough tour of the beautiful facility. Amy and her team are truly caring. It was evident that the staff is friendly and accommodating. The price point in this community for services and apartments offered is on point and very reasonable for the amenities.

I believe I have the best job in the company, Lifestyle 360 Director. I starting working for 5 Star in Florida, so when I moved back home to Phoenix I knew I wanted to work in a 5 Star facility. Even though it took a few months for a position to open up it was worth the wait. The staff and residents at the Gardens of Scottsdale are amazing. The staff works well as a team and I have enjoyed getting to know the residents and being apart of their lives. It truly feels like family at the Gardens.

I work as a physical therapist at Gardens and love the team I get to be a part of! Everyone on the team is truly a kind, fun person with the best interests of the residents at heart. They treat all residents with care and respect and make going to work fun! The residents at Gardens are just amazing people and I enjoy the privilege of working with them!

I recently toured The Gardens of Scottsdale. We like the location in the beautiful Arcadia neighborhood. Great location with plenty of parking. Amy greeted me with enthusiasm, warmth and kindness. I noticed right away the residents engaged in an activity in main lobby living area. They seemed happy and alert even saying hello to me! Very friendly vibe here. Amy showed us a beautiful one bedroom apartment. It was beautifully updated, very light with big windows and quiet. Apt had living area, closet space and nice bath and kitchen and very well priced. We viewed the comfortable and cheerful common living area, art room and even met a very cheerful and kind caregiver who has worked there for 20 years! Clean and fresh throughout, no odors walking around. We were treated to a meal and lthe food was delicious! All in all, I would highly recommend.
