Jaclyn's path to senior care wasn't accidental — she spent over a decade working directly with geriatric patients and the elderly community before ever stepping into a placement role. That time gave her something a degree alone can't: a genuine, ground-level understanding of what older adults need, how families think under pressure, and what it actually feels like to be on the other side of a care decision. Her Business degree and background in administrative support added the operational layer — managing complexity without letting things slip, communicating clearly when situations are anything but, and keeping processes moving in environments where pace and precision both matter.
